Based on 3P principle, company is committed to playing an active role in sustainable economic development in order to improve the quality of life and the environment that benefits company, local community, the community and future generations. This commitment is realized by the management through various CSR programs that are directed, programmed, and consistent.

In concept of CSR, company seeks an interaction with the community, especially around the factory/office. Company realizes that in every activity carried out, there are needs for significant contribution both in terms of economic, social and environmental. Therefore, management is given a discretion to design a form of tangible contribution to community around its working area. Company considers creatively about what are needed by community, including designing a practical concept to minimize the negative impacts of factory activities that might impact the environment. In its implementation, companies have sought to not only seek monetary benefits but also have a non-tangible impact on wider community. Company believes that the key for success in the industry is to uphold moral principles and business ethics in order to achieve the best results, without harming society, the environment, and employees.
