PT Sena Dwimakmur ("SD") SD is the owner / holder of 1,125,005,660 shares in SCNP or represents 56.25% of the total issued and fully paid-up capital of SCNP.
Currently the primary business activities of SD are privately owned or leased real estate and rental and leasing activities without the option of cars, buses, trucks, and the like.
2. PT GENERASI DUA SUKSES TERUS
PT Generasi Dua Sukses Terus ("GDST") is the owner / holder of 666,661,000 shares in the SCNP or represents 33.33% of the total issued and fully paid-up capital of SCNP.
Currently the main business activities of GDST are the activities of the Head Office and Management Consultant.

RN is the owner / holder of 41,600,00 shares in SCNP or represents 2,08 % of the total issued and fully paid-up capital of SCNP.

XN is the owner / holder of 41,600,00 shares in SCNP or represents 2,08 % of the total issued and fully paid-up capital of SCNP.
3. (Mr.) Freddy Nursalim (FN)
FN is the owner / holder of 41,600,00 shares in SCNP or represents 2,08 % of the total issued and fully paid-up capital of SCNP.
4. (Mr.) Willy Nursalim (WN)
WN is the owner / holder of 41,600,00 shares in SCNP or represents 2,08 % of the total issued and fully paid-up capital of SCNP.
5. (Mr.) Hendrik Nursalim (HN)
HN is the owner / holder of 41,600,00 shares in SCNP or represents 2,08 % of the total issued and fully paid-up capital of SCNP.
GO PUBLIC AND TO BE LISTED
Currently PT SCNP Tbk. is in the process of going public, yet to be listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
Hence there will be another institution/individual shareholders which are expected to join SCNP prior to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) session (which will be held at September 2020).

Even though SCNP's IPO is strategic in scheme, there will be an allocation of shares for the Public ones and ESA (Employee Stock Allocation) / FNF (Friends and Family) about 20% of the total shares. This scheme allocation is mandatory and in accordance with currrent OJK regulations. The list of new shareholders will be published after IPO.
